Was clean & well kept. Not much in the way of amenities but has everything you need. If you're claustrophobic, select a different room (than 3), the shower it about the size of a phone booth (for anyone who knows what that is) and quite dark.
The room was comfortable and decorated nicely. Check in & access was very convenient.
Directly across the street from the river, beautiful. And there is a general/convenience store that is open late in walking distance, it has just about anything you could possibly need. Would 100% stay here again.
Make sure to eat at the Pizza Barn - couldn't believe that we had one of the best pizzas of our lives in this little city of less than 1,000 people.

I absolutely loved the property and close it was to everything in downtown Kernville including my friends that live there. Also the bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the room and private patio were great to have as well.
