The hotel itself and staff were just fine - the reason I rated it a 4 is simply because I feel paying over three hundred dollars a night for a one night stay is a bit much. Blue Ridge GA is lovely, but not a resort destination

Great location in downtown Blue Ridge. We enjoyed the roof top bar at sunset to end our busy days. The first clerk who checked us in was very personable and helpful. The property was clean and maintained! We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property again if in the area.

Staff were responsive to reasonable request. They even tried to positively respond when guests made some unreasonable request involving a weather event.
