Staff extremely polite and pleasant.
Rm 502 bathtub leaks like it's gonna drawn the place.
Breakfast is OK .

Hotel is in a good location and very clean. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
While it was lovely to have the option of having a bath, you have to stand in the bath to have a shower and climbing in to shower is likely to be hard for people with mobility difficulties.

By far the best part was the staff, though. The housekeepers kept my room clean and tidy every day, front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, and Helena was so extremely kind and thoughtful! I would have liked to get to know them better if I had more time. Thank you Le Chanvre! 💖
