Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️
The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost.
The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc.
The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them.
We stayed at KA Villas for two weeks and felt totally at home. There hospitality and kindness we haven’t experienced anywhere else in our travels.
The location is fantastic close to the beach restaurants bars and local shops were you again will meet the locals who are very friendly people ❤️

Decent, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient for access to the beaches and A Bang area where there’s more options for bars, restaurants, and ATM. Quick 10mins car/scooter ride to the Old Quarters for shopping. Only minor issue I had was trying to arrange for a car shuttle to pick me up from the airport but they never replied to me after providing the pricing and even though I followed up with them twice closer to my booking date. Not sure if they actively check on here…? That said, it was an easy fix to book a Grab instead. Building is older so hot water ran out quickly for showers and there was one night where the breaker on my floor went out twice in one evening but no problems with electricity after that. Complimentary breakfast service was great and had solid options to pick from and I also liked that laundry was included!
