Property is pretty okay no complaints there was a little smoke smell in the room when I first entered but after a while it went away but the area is little gray with bums hanging around but they weren’t any bother and didn’t ask for money or say anything. For the price and location it’s worth it

Staff was great very helpful, clean rooms, you air not too far from the airport or cruise terminal.

This hotel is in an excellent location. It is right next to Brickell, shopping, and good food. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel and there was construction going on all around it, but we were happy with our room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We pretty much just checked in to hang out and sleep here before a cruise. But staff was nice. Building and rooms were cooler than the generic choices elsewhere and it was in walkable proximity to tons of shops and bars and eateries.
