Front desk staff was very helpful in providing information regarding local restaurants. The breakfast was great!

We stayed in a pet friendly room as we were travelling with our little dog. The room was very spacious and overall clean. My only complaints are the noisy AC unit and that the floors are so dirty! I spilled a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a Kleenex and the Kleenex was black! Also I feel they can improve on the “dog” odour in the room because it smelled so badly like dog when we first walked into the room. Maybe if they mopped/cleaned the floors once in a while, the room would smell better. I would think being that it is a dog friendly room, they would want to clean the floors in between guests. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again. Beds are super comfy, the staff were friendly and it’s a great, quiet location.

Room was very clean! Loved the Nespresso machine both in the room and the one in the lobby that makes all types of coffees. Staff were very kind and accommodating! Also loved the convenience of the shuttle to and from the hotel to downtown.
