We had a wonderful stay at Nishimuraya hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. The room was beautifully presented and the facilities including onsen were outstanding. The Kaiseki meal experience was wonderful. The vegan option was very well presented but not all dishes had a rich flavour.

5 / 10

This was an amazing hotel. We had access to the really amazing, clean and not very populated public onsen with access to hot & cold pools, showers and sauna. Food was amazing too. We really loved it and will be back.

5 / 10

The hotel experience was awesome and the staff could not have been nicer. Beautiful lobby with garden view and appreciated the welcome drink from the bar. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Decoration was truly Japanese, with tatami mats and sliding doors. The room provided appropriate clothing for the onsens…yukata, obi, sandals etc. The onsen was modern, spotless and spacious, with both inside and outdoors areas, the later made of large rocks. The shuttle service to other onsen areas and to and from the train station was an added plus.
