We have a wonderful time during our stay in pullman and is the best experience overall and definitely will come back again

The person who checked us in wasn’t very helpful and not friendly at all, I try to have a conversations he was interested at all.
Rest of the hotel staff including the restaurant manager from breakfast were Amazing and helpful throughout.
The room could’ve been more clean however it’s was vey spacious with great beds and bedding nice large bathroom had all the complementary toiletries.
