The grounds were lovely with great views of both the volcanoes. There was weddings that were happening there with photo shoots and I can see why, it is very pretty.
The breakfast that was part of the stay was really tasty. We even had dinner there which was excellent. It was a BBQ platter for 2 (highly recommend…)
The receptions desk was very friendly and helpful. They even gave suggestions about where to go for lunch and directions to places we wanted to see.
We had booked a transfer through the hotel weeks prior to leaving and unfortunately they didn’t arrange for the transportation to meet us at the airport as we were expecting. Thankfully, the poor reception (young man) heard from us several times as we waited, getting a little shorter by 15 minute increments.
Finally after figuring out the problem and apologizing profusely, he arranged for one of the staff to drive from Antigua, down to the Guatemala airport and pick us up because none of the regular transports were available. We had to wait for a while but honestly, despite the mix up, the staff was really sweet and we had a lovely time once we got there. The beds were comfortable and they also had extra blankets in the closets. We would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is very clean and friendly atmosphere. Parking lot was very easy to get to. Overall this hotel is a great stay with a good location a little outside of downtown. Very quiet and clean !

A nice short walk from downtown. Big rooms but a bit stuffy with no draft. The shower drain I my particular room did not drain well, but overall a beautiful property and place to relax.
