I really like the room and the breakfast and the lady that clean our room was very kind.
I did not like the customer service provided at the reception the worst! when we arrived we asked if they have parking because last time we were there they did have it, they told us we had to leave the car at a public parking $25 per day charge, of course this was not good so the receptionist only told us if we did not like it he could cancel our reservation he was very rude and not emphatic at all
