They have free shuttle bus service from Narita T2 & T1 - this leaves from Level 1 look for stand 16 and 27 respectively. They also have a shuttle which will take you into Tokyo - but I didn't use it - please ask the staff.
Over all this is a great hotel close to the airport - free transfer to and from the hotel makes it very easy to recommend to travellers - I will be staying there on my way out of Japan. Having a hotel that close to the airport take all the stress out of your last or first day in Japan.

Excellent location super convenient to Narita airport. The airport shuttle service runs efficiently and the bus is roomy. The check-in process was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfy. The staff were cordial and friendly. Will visit again!
