Private balcony was the best feature of the room we got two rooms the King Sweet has kitchen more spacious but no private balcony only a couple blocks off the boardwalk the rooms could definitely use a couple more outlets for the phone chargers

All was well! Typical old hotel. Could use some updates but for what we needed

Parking was great, the staff was very helpful. Our room was beautiful, comfortable beds, and very kid friendly. The only issue we had was that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and turns on with the light but maintenance corrected this immediately. The location is perfect, a block away from the middle of the boardwalk between both piers. There is also a nice buffet place around the block that has excellent food at an affordable price. The pool looked nice, it was very big, and we had a private balcony in our room. I will definitely be staying here again!

The only positive thing about our stay was the size of the room. It was very spacious, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
The room is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had several issues. The shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature constantly changed from cold to hot. At one point, it only ran cold.
The hot tub at the pool was out of service, which was another disappointment. We also got stuck in the elevator once, which was very unsettling.
The staff didn’t seem interested in helping guests or making the stay enjoyable. The room only had one air conditioner, and because the room was so large, it couldn’t cool the entire space. We ended up having to use a fan just to be comfortable.
Considering how much we paid for this hotel, we expected a much better experience. If they are going to charge these rates, they should invest in renovating the property and fixing these problems. Sadly, we left feeling very disappointed.
