The air conditioner was not working properly , even with the diagram on the wall we still had to have staff come and manipulate the control.

Very clean, very helpful staff. Great location. We got upgraded to a suite and it was gorgeous. Amazing views and very comfortable and spacious. Air con works well. Great breakfast buffet with tons of options and new things to try as an American visitor.
