Reception was friendly and helpful with forwarding our luggage with Yamato service. Very appreciative. Standard beds were comfy with the exception of the Murphy bed - very hard/stiff - not a comfortable sleep. Other than that, no complaints. A 1 minute walk away from the supermarket made access to supplies easy.

The staff were so lovely and very helpful. They helped with organising services too. The decor and the beds were wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel!
