This place is in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean except we did have bit of a musty smell but it was not terrible and we left the window open and it helped. Staff were great and check in was easy. We didn't know that it included a free breakfast because it wasn't mentioned when we booked so we missed it the first day - no problem it's not a game changer. Overall, we really liked this place and would recommend it.

Really comfortable place to stay, the staff was very friendly and the lady that makes the quick breakfast in the mornings was super nice and sweet, the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Quiet at night as it is located in a less crowded street but close enough to access everything around Venice.

Great and safe location, walkable from train station and to interesting places to visit in Venice. Helpful staff. We had a good stay.

Spacious room and clean. Has everything that you need.
If you have big suitcases, I suggest taking the water bus the long way around and stop at S. Tomas. From there it's a short and scenic 7 minutes walk to. I learned the hard way because without water bus you have to climb stairs on the bridges. There are TWO you must pass through to get here, and it's a pain when you have suitcases and heavy bags. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There are coffee and tea inside the room for free. You can leave luggage in the lobby too after check out.
