Terrific experience and hotel. Character and charm.

Riggs was an incredible hotel option for our recent DC trip. The location made it easy to access all the museums, Ford Theater, Capitol grounds and FIFA fan events. Cafe Riggs was great & there were plenty of other food options available closer to the hotel. The gum ball machine was definitely a hit with the kids. The MLK library a block away and the city center DC were some spots that our family loved. We were traveling with a neurodiverse person and the hotel made it seem so welcoming and inviting. We would definitely love to go back there.

Shoutout to Brian from the cafe. Julia from the front desk and Mr DC. Everyone was excellent. My view of the museum was perfect! Food was wonderful. Grab a drink at the Silver Lyan if you get a chance. Very accommodating and solid location—close to everything. Thank you!!
