Hotel ideally situated just off the A12. But there is no road noise that disturbed our sleep.
Room was nice and clean well stocked with tea and coffee, soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron.
Breakfast was very good and kept us topped up for most of the day.
Although we didn't eat in the hotel, the menu had enough variety and was decently priced.
Bar had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and not too badly priced.
My only complaint would be that the towels in our room were a bit threadbare.
Overall a nice stay and would use the hotel again if we are in the area.

We stopped one night on route to pick up our new pup. The location was very convenient, property was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The aircon was an absolute blessing in the heatwave too!

Booked this last minute, hotel itself and room were great. The main gripe I had was how scandalous it is to charge almost £10 for parking per day on top of the room fee- it’s off a busy A road, it’s not in a town centre. Will make sure to read the fine print beforehand, wouldn’t book again on this basis.

Really clean rooms, very helpful staff and really good breakfast. Great value and just what we needed for a trip to the local area for a family birthday. 12 of us stayed in total and all agreed
