Safe, quiet and clean room, comfortable bed. Great walking location to downtown, farmers market and food. Air conditioning, fridge and TV worked great. Staff gave great recommendations for food. 10/10 would stay again!

Better than expected. It’s motel but more likely a 2-3 star hotel.

It's tucked away a bit and the outside looks run down, but the room was great. It was well kept and clean. We didn't have any noise problems and WiFi worked fine. The guest services personnel were so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone as an excellent, affordable option for staying in Pullman and would stay there again if the opportunity presents.
