Our family of 4 were very fortunate to stay at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights. The place was spacious, clean, had all the amenities needs, and the location was absolutely perfect to all the wonderful cafes, restaurants and historic sites that Rome had to offer.
But what made our experience 11/10 and by far, the best stay we experienced in our 2-week family vacation in Europe, was the superb staff and service provided by Passepartout. They exceeded our expectations and did everything they could for us to enjoy our stay.
A special thank-you and gratitude to Marvin, who was so helpful and personable, he is truly outstanding!!!! Mille Grazie!!

The ideal location! From the moment I booked, the staff was very helpful in making sure I was able to get to the hotel, get into my room, and answered every question I had. The room was clean, air conditioned and right in the heart of all the action without being overly loud
