I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff were. Despite the language barrier, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Amanda and gentleman who I forgot his name unfortunately were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was. Everyone speaks only Italian for the most part on the island and it was difficult at times, but they made the experience so nice. The hotel is a little old and rooms are old fashioned, the rooms were super clean however and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Location is also excellent. Highly recommend if you are a tourist and need a good place to stay in Lampedusa. Highly recommend

They do not just give you a ride from the airport but also from the hotel to the port after checkout for free.
The people in the reception are all very friendly and make reservations for boat tours and scooters. I found some ants on my bed but this is the only thing that I found negative about the hotel. Staying at the hotel was just amazing and I will definitely choose the hotel again if I come to Lampedusa next time for sure!

The staff was nice and helpful, mainly the servers at the breakfast, which in general for that kind of hotel was good, mainly the selection of fresh fruits.
The location is good, in a walking distance to the harbor and the main street, Via Roma, were plenty of shops and eateries are established. In front of the hotel is space to park a car.
What we disliked is the very bad internet. Most of the time even impossible to connect. According to the front desk it is a problem in whole Lampedusa. Other bad aspect is the air conditioned, that doesn't refrigerate the room at all.
