Pros: * Security code needed when entering building. * AC worked for the whole unit we stayed in. * Easy check in; host let us come earlier than check in time. * Bed was comfortable. * Walkable grocery store nearby. * Next door there is a nice speakeasy, and a great breakfast spot next door as well. * Staying in front of iconic bookshelf in the street. * 10 minute walk from the beach. Cons: * Can hear traffic and beeping throughout the night. Gets pretty loud. * Shower water does not get hot. Best to shower in the day or else it will be a bit more colder at night. * Pool was pretty small, almost the size of a hot tub. * Requires a deposit which we didn’t know about until after we booked. So make sure you have the money for it when arriving.

We had several incidents during our stay, the AC and the shower were malfunctioning but the team was very reactive and solutioned our problems. I just wish we didn’t encounter any of those issues. Also I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment.
