Clean room and facilities. Unfortunately we arrived early and were asked to come back at 4pm( check in time). We returned at 4:20 and our room was not ready. Our room was ready at 4:45. The desk clerk was very apologetic.
We had asked for a cot, apparently none available. I would have like laundry facilities, but none available.
Small things. Nice quiet stay. Breakfast was very good!

Surprised the cafe was closed on Sunday. Really appreciated the quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. The bed was very comfortable and the room nice and clean.
A few herbal teas in the room would have been a bonus.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and the linens were excellent. The walking distance was great to downtown and we made it in time for Filomi days! Overall very impressed with our stay.
