Staff were super nice and more helpful than you might ever expect. I left items behind by accident and they agreed to ship them to my home the next day. Wonderful staff!

I really like the hotel the staff was great and very polite. The location its prefect lots of restaurants and stores, and within walking distance to the Stadium where I attended the AC/DC concert which was the main reason why I came to Columbus. Nice hotel.
