The location is excellent because it is close to everything but in a quien street. Personnel were super friendly and always interested in serving. They organized a personal tour for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Staff did their job. I didn’t feel too comfortable there. They seemed a little off to me but with that being said they did their job.

The hotel was incredible. U have checked into many hotels but no have never been treated better. The two gentlemen at the reception did everything to make comfortable in the hotel.
Every time I returned from heavy day of touring they were there to offer me water.
The breakfast was plentiful and included a chef’s station.
I look forward to returning.
