Everything was excellent. Staff is amazing! They are helpful, kind and fun. The downside was there was no where to eat for two hours during a time when most would want to eat.

Amazing experience, food was like any typical resort however the hibachi was good! Our phone in our room didn’t work and they seemed to have issues with a lot of the phones

Rooms clean, staff very helpful, room service was really good, the pools were clean. Having access to the Dreams property next door was an added plus. I had additional pool options for a more intimate experience. Overall would recommend!

Everything was great. All staff sooo friendly and helpful. Restaurants were very good. If you couldn't find something to eat then you're a little to picky. We spent all our time at the beach during the day and the staff at the Bar Marlin were so great. So kudos to Ruben, Anthony, Jose U and Juan B thank you for keeping us well hydrated with drinks in our hand at all times. Hope to see you on the beach at Secrets Royal Beach Resort next year. We will definitely be back.
