Our stay was great. Here are some highlights:
The mgmt is very responsive and helpful
The location is ideally located and easily accessible. It's 10-15 minutes from the airport, and only a few minutes walk to the Beach and Fisherman's Village.
Markets and restaurants are all within a 5 walk
The resort is VERY family-friendly, and made our kids very happy
The restaurant is fast, good, and inexpensive
The drinks in the restaurant are surprisingly good... better than what you'll get downtown.
The staff are extremely kind and gracious. Our kids loved the staff in the kid's club, and would prefer to go there than to use technology.
There are two community pools, which are great, but the 2-bedroom villa with private pool was fantastic! We would definitely do that again.

Very family friendly resort, only minor thing is I don’t understand when being so family friendly that there were not shadow in the kids end of the pool, that would have been so helpful when having kids play in the pool
