I would highly recommend The Millstone to anyone who is visiting Cappadocia. It is in a beautiful area farther from the horde of tourists, it is both quiet and peaceful and still completely right within everything you would want to see there, with the cave and pigeon valley surrounding you, from the moment we arrived to check out the staff were wonderful, clearly everyone who works there cares deeply about giving the best customer service possible, the way they treat you makes you feel like you are at the nicest 5star hotel, from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone went above and beyond to give excellent service. The room was so unique and more than the pictures showed or what we were expecting, with really special features we won’t see anywhere else. And waking up to the views and the balloons in the morning from our private terrace was just magical. I hope we can come back, if you are considering this place, book it!
