Great location ,short walk to the ferry dock. Nice beach close by. The rooms were cozy and clean and comfortable. Had seen some recent upgrades including carpet hallway. Didn't have any musty odour like some places I've been to in past. Friendly innkeeper and helpful

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee area was lovely with everything we needed for money coffee.
We had very sporadic internet. The staff offered us use of a vacant room to work but we found a spot outside where it worked well so not a huge problem.
The only real issue was the smokers at the front door from a tour company that shares the building. Even though a sign read NO Smoking on premises, they puffed away several times a day. It always smelled like cigarettes. Why have a sign if you don’t enforce it?
