I travel frequently for work and pleasure and this hotel was probably the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The rooms were spotless. And I am not easily impressed, especially on cleanliness.
And it even smelled clean. Not some deodorizer scents to cover up smells. It just smelled like its kept clean.
It was also quiet. It was pretty full based on the number of guests in the public areas and parking lot but I heard very little outside or inside noise.
The only complaint I had was that 1 elevator was out of order and the only remaining elevator was flakey (would skip floors or not open the doors) and it was also used by the staff so at busy times it was difficult to get an elevator (with space). I did subtract one maintenance star for that in my review. Judging by the excellent upkeep on the rest of the property, I suspect this problem will be corrected quickly.
A+ job to the management and staff from someone not easily impressed.

Great 2-night stay here to enjoy a Biltmore weekend. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was very accommodating.
