Excellent location. Beautiful building inside and out. Lift to all floors if you do not wish to try the beautiful spiral stairs. Well fitted out room with cooking facilities and cutlery / crockery. It was impeccably clean and brand new throughout. Hugh TV. There were no tables in the room. We used the bench and the luggage rack to put our clothes out. This left us with no where to sit except the comfy bed! Great bathroom & shower! Overall it is fine for a couple of nights to visit Boston.

The place was very clean and new-looking. However, it had to be the tiniest shoebox of a hotel room I've stayed in. The entrance in lobby looks very impressive-what used to be back in the day a very grand, upscale property. It has been chopped up into as many micro-rooms as could be squeezed in. Website photos don't convey how small and bare this room is. . mesqueezed in thre

Great location and the room was good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room was small as expected. The only thing I would have enjoyed was maybe a foldup chair or two for a place to sit besides the bed. All in all, good experience and room did the job it needed. I would book here again if I am ever in the Boston area. Host communication was great as well. I had to reach out a couple different times and they responded quickly.

The property is beautiful and well maintained in a fantastic area. I asked via the messaging system three times if I could check in early but never got a response. That is not acceptable- what if there was an emergency? However I would be willing to stay here again if I could get responses. Also there was a delivery in the alley the room faced (201)- one delivery was at 4:20am (!) and consisted of super loud slamming sounds for about 10 minutes which woke me up - but the bed is really great and I fell back asleep:)

Loved checking in online and having access to walk right in. Felt more like a rental place rather than a hotel room.
