Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Wonderful view of the lake from the higher floors. The staff was lovely and the location is nice. It is close to the ferry terminal.

Dinner was very disappointing; Tour bus takeover and staff ignored other customers. Food was marginal at best.
Staff gave our room key to the wrong people and assumed we had lost it. Searched our room - under the bed, through our stuff on the desk, even though we told them we had dropped key at the desk. CCTV cameras pointed at desk “were at another office” so staff said they couldn’t be reviewed.
