Front desk staff were nice!

The property is being renovated so a lot of the materials are sitting in the lobby. The staff is amazing and professional. They were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The only issue I had is the toilet had a noticeable leak and a spider came out to visit me in the bathroom. The area around the property is being redeveloped so there are alot of empty buildings as well as buildings that are also being renovated. I will most definitely stay again in the near future.

It wasn't clear to me from Expedia that this was an extended-stay hotel, so they never came in to make the bed or pick up linens. I had to go to the front desk to get new towels since our stay was less than 7 days.
I rented two rooms, and one of them had a horrible smell as well as a wet area under the air conditioner. I brought it to the attention of the desk when we checked out.
The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful.
