Balconies without full sun, great location, clean, modern, spacious rooms, fantastic room service menu, exceptionally relaxed and peaceful without kids.
There name says it all if you're looking for somewhere that it really can be just the two of you in peace and tranquillity.
Your your hosts are an outstanding team of genuinely lovely people that go the extra mile to try and ensure you have the best possible stay and everything you need.
Great location in the heart of Kata and only a lazy wander to the beach.
If you're looking for "us" time, put it on your list.

Went near the end of low season for a week and had a very good experience. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, albeit dated. Staff were very friendly, food was very good (breakfast buffet a great value). Pool was great for lounging around and atmosphere was quiet (no kids or partiers). The gym was disappointing - cardio machines broken or not working well, just a few dumbbells and a bench, no towels or way to wipe the bench or mat.
I was glad to not have a pool side room as people could swim almost right up to your sliding door and it wouldn’t feel private at all. Personal preference though.
The location is close to the beach but still a bit of a walk (~8 minutes) to get around the massive Club Med across the street.
