Arrived at midnight owing to delayed flights circumventing foul weather to find large number of people trying to check in. Gentleman at desk worked swiftly and efficiently personalizing services for each guest. Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful, seeking ways to accommodate quirks guests had. A very positive experience.
