Convenient location, easy to access with door code, quiet room, property owner was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions.

I booked based off the pictures and reviews. The room was clean and very nice. TV was a Roku so you weren't stuck watching local TV like normal hotels. Had nice size fridge, microwave small coffee maker. Bathroom was small, but I expected that. Larger people will struggle with the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable if you like super soft, if not take the mattress cover off. Air conditioner worked great. We had a wonderful visit, nice having a comfortable, clean, quiet space to go back to at the end of a busy day. Forget anything no problem, everything within a few minute drive.Hidden gem for sure, will be back next year for sure.

Parking was very convenient and thr location was right across from the water and nearby many restaurants.

The room was clean and everything worked properly. It was easy to control the AC. Access was easy with a code-was surprised by not seeing someone there in person, but it is more like the experience one would have with an Airbnb rental.
