I enjoyed my stay overall. The property was clean, and the service was excellent once I was checked in.
My only concern was the check-in experience. I had to wait about 30 minutes before being assisted, even though there was only one customer ahead of me. The front desk had only one employee, who was dealing with a booking issue for that guest. After a long trip, I was very tired and looking forward to getting some rest, so the wait was particularly frustrating.
Having a second staff member available at the front desk during situations like this would make a significant difference and help prevent long delays for other guests.

Nice clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff and close to public transportation station. Having free parking for the hotel was great!
