Great location. Close to a metro stop and close to the Vatican. It is a guest house don’t expect hotel like service. On a busy street so if you can’t sleep with noise, avoid it.

We had a Friday night reservation at the Vatican Museum and needed a place to stay close to there. This place is literally four minutes' walk to the museum and about fifteen minutes' walk from St. Peter's Basilica. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and included a free continental breakfast. The front desk person (Cyntia) was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and we'd stay here again.
Just a tip when you arrive: This hotel is located in an apartment block with a New York City-style directory list of names and a buzzer button next to the each names to let you in the entrance. You'll see the hotel name in the list; press the button next to the hotel name and they'll buzz you in. The hotel sign on the street is a little small and it took us a while to figure it out.
