Staff really friendly and helpful. Building is not in 5 star condition BUT not paying for 5 star accomodation. Location was perfect, easy tram access. Good AC (stayed during heatwave). Would stay again.

The staff at Sonnino Suite were extremely friendly and accommodating! The rooms are clean and the location is excellent without having to pay those high prices. This neighborhood is the perfect, central location for visiting all the attractions in Rome by foot or public transportation Sonnino Suite provided the comfortable, peaceful home base that's needed when your days are filled with exploring!

The room was perfect for our two night stay in Rome - reasonably priced, clean and in a nice neighborhood. Aura was wonderful and very helpful attending to our needs. I even left something in the room after I had left. Making arrangements with her to pick it up on our return to Rome was very easy.
That said, two things you should keep in mind. It's not really a hotel. It's rooms on the fourth floor of a building. That doesn't take away from how good the experience was but keep in mind that it's not a hotel. Because of that, there is only desk help during the day.
Would I stay there again? Of course but just keep in that in mind in case you have the expectation of a hotel experience.
