The location is great. Very close to San Marco. The AC worked well and fresh linens were provided daily. Staff are on property for mornings only, but this wasn't an issue for us. Would have preferred a way to make non-instant coffee and our kettle was pretty gunked. Luckily there are caffes nearby. Everything in Venice is old. Go in expecting that.

Everything went very well and loved the furniture in room!

Great for the budget!

10 / 10

This place was one of the best authentic places I've ever stayed. It's built in 1600 and it literally transfers you to old Venetian times. The decor is antique but the bathroom is very modern and comfortable. Location is amazing everything is walkable. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it as an one if a king experience.
