The Mirabello Hotel was situated right downtown and close to everything: shopping, restaurants, museums, bus stops, ocean front! However it was just off the beaten path enough to be very quiet! The perfect scenario!
The staff was so very helpful with giving directions, suggestions and answering any questions at all! My 17 year old grandson wanted to watch FIFA and it was on in the middle of the night, so the clerk invited him to watch the game on the big screen tv in the lobby with him! He loved it!
Would definitely recommend staying here!

I loved staying here. It was close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. I also hadn’t noticed when booking that breakfast would be included so that was a great surprise. AC worked and the room was very clean. The only thing I would improve are the showers. Other than that I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

My stay at the Mirabello was excellent.
It was centrally located but within “suitcase trundling” distance of the central bus station.
My room was air conditioned and very clean and spacious and the staff were helpful in advice about the next leg of my journey.
The next time I visit Heraklion my go to accommodation will be the Mirabello Hotel!
