We booked a two night stay while we explored the Great Smokey Mountain train ride. We were given a large handicapped room with 2 queen beds, even though we had not requested it. It gave us plenty of room to move around and be comfortable with 2 chairs and a desk. The shower was set up for wheelchair access, which you had to be careful not to get the floor wet when using as a regular shower. The staff was great and very helpful, breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with waffles. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel was top notch. So sweet, so kind and so helpful. Danielle was the absolute sweetest. We were traveling with our young boy and the very first morning when we went to go get breakfast she turned on cartoons in the main sitting room, without being asked just to help make his stay more fun—
She also went out of her way to give treats and say hi to our 2 boxer dogs everytime she saw them!!! Danielle is an amazing asset to your team
