My grandson & I took a getaway to visit the Biltmore House!
We chose this Hotel after reading the nice reviews
and about how clean everything is.
We didn't feel disappointed after we'd walked in and looked around.
Unfortunately, the front desk lady was less than friendly.
After we were took our bags to our room & laid back on the beds to take a pause
after our long drive, we discovered...
The pillows in our assigned room were below any standard of pillows we ever experienced. They appeared fluffy and soft, only to amount to a flat fluff of nothing once you lay your head down. They were so bad and uncomfortable. Putting 2 together was of no help. I phoned down to the office to see if we could possibly get different pillows? I was told, "no".

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We only had bagels and fruit for breakfast which both were fresh.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
