Location is close by to popular spots like Watch Hill and Mystic Beach. The cost is a lot cheaper compared to others in the area. Overall, a perfect stay for two people needing somewhere to spend the night while exploring RI and CT for a good price.

Location off the highway.

The good: from the outside, it’s a motel you don’t expect much from, but the inside was remodeled and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing! Everything was fine and I’d absolutely stay here again. I do recommend it.
The “could be better”: my only gripe was that there was not an outlet on or behind the work table. I needed to work and had to do so on the bed so I could have an outlet.

On the plus side, everything worked in the room (fridge, tv, microwave, lights and ac). Also, looked like it had new very basic furniture and bedding looked clean. The main problem was a stale smell which was worse if the ac was turned up. And the room really needed a thorough cleaning as the walls and doors had visible what I would call smudge marks in quite a few places which made it look generally not very clean. All in all it was ok for a couple of nights.
