The staff were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast were nicely set out with many options, such as sausage, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, pastries and yogurt. There was also a pancake, making machine, although I have to say it wasn’t that impressive as the pancakes fell somewhat flat. Another thing was that they ran out of milk for several days. They had a nice bean to coffee machine for fresh caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water tea.
One thing that stood out when we arrived was that the elevator was broken. We were placed on the second floor initially, but felt like it might be too noisy due to the room being right next to the freeway. We expressed willingness to go up to the third floor, and we were upgraded to a suite.
For the time we were there, we got lots of exercise going up and downstairs!
The fitness room was ok. Although there was a strange smell the first day, they cleaned it and it went away. The pool did not look suitable for use, and we did not use it any of the days.
The beds were comfortable, and after being moved, we did not experience undue traffic noises.
Overall, it was a comparatively pleasant stay.
