I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations.
What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. I have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality.
A very special thank you to Martín, and Daniela. They were incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always available to help, answered all of my questions through WhatsApp, provided excellent recommendations, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I left. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference.
It is rare to find a team that goes above and beyond with such sincerity. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.
Thank you for making my visit to Buenos Aires so memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Dear Casa Sur Recoleta Team,
Before our departure, we want to express our most sincere gratitude for the excellent service during our stay.
We would like to make a very special mention of Agustín, Eduardo, and Daniela at the Front Desk. From the first moment, they welcomed us with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and readiness to help, addressing each of our requests with a smile.
Our deepest thanks also go to the entire staff: from the housekeeping, whose impeccable work made us feel right at home, to the floor and service staff, who demonstrated flawless warmth at all times.
Great infrastructure makes a good hotel, but the human quality of its people makes a stay truly unforgettable. Thanks to all of you, our time here has been perfect. We wish you the greatest success and hope to visit you again soon.
Sincerely,

Spacious, upscale room in good part of town for walking to sites and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, and they offered and made us a to-go breakfast to take to our early morning flight upon departure. Only issue was the room had some dead gnats in the bathroom and room.

We had an excellent one night stay during a layover. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We arranged for a couples massage in the spa, and enjoyed every minute and wished it would never end. We would stay here again for sure.
