Great place to stay in Falmouth, right on the water with breathtaking views. Super clean and updated rooms. Things you need to know before booking:
beach is super rocky so bring water shoes!!! Assigned parking for only one car.
12 minute walk to Falmouth town beach and food/ restaurants.
Great coffee drinks and pastries at Little Blue but get there early, long line.

I couldn’t have loved this property more! My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. The location is PERFECT. The accommodations are stylish, clean and comfortable. The beach chairs, towels, umbrellas are all provided as part of your stay making a beach day easy and special. And the little coffee/ice cream truck is adorable! And served up a great cold brew and chocolate croissant. I had to buy a hat and tshirt as Momentos of a great and special getaway.

Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.

Unfortunately the weather was really bad when I stayed there with my family. The location and the setting of the hotel made me want to definitely come back next summer. Strongly recommend it. BTW, I didn’t mind it much, but the sound from upstairs people is pretty loud.
