But very, very disappointed this Suite Room: No Refrigerator??

Staff was very helpful with everything. Especially the staff at the 7th floor pool and restaurant. I went there every day because of the staff. Very informative of things to do in Bangkok.

Overall a great stay.
I initially had issues with noise near my unit. It sounded like an AC unit trying to turn on but unable to do so. I asked the front desk if they could switch my room and they obliged without hesitation. I also extended my stay. I would stay here again.
