The staff are excellent and always ready to help with any enquiry. The rooms were clean but maybe the pots and pans need updating but we managed with what we had.
Parking is excellent also.
Have stayed at the Cerise a number of times which proves I am very happy with the hotel

Our room was clean and warm, bedding spotless and toilet and bathroom were clean, didn't use much within the kitchen facilities, but it had eveything to self cater. Deco is a little dark and a little depressing, would look cheary with white walls, but it's acceptable. Nice swimming pool, very quiet, good sleeps! If you want peace and quiet, this would be suitable. Plenty parking and it is only 10 minutes to walk to the Medival City

This was our second stay here with two small dogs. The rooms are of a good size and having a fridge and an area where you can cook. The location is very good for visiting the old city and castle. There is a lovely swimming pool and there are laundry services which work very well. Staff are very friendly and helpful - hope to stay here again next year!
