Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding our experience during our extended stay today.
We paid approximately $285 to keep our room until 5:00 PM, even though we were not staying overnight. Before extending our stay, we confirmed with the front desk multiple times that our room would remain available and that we would not be disturbed, as my husband had a very important teleconference scheduled during the afternoon.
Despite these repeated confirmations, members of the housekeeping staff came to our door multiple times and attempted to enter the room. The repeated interruptions were disruptive and caused unnecessary stress during an important business meeting. This was precisely the situation we were trying to avoid when we paid to extend our use of the room ( full rate just for a few ofhours of use) and verified the arrangement several times with the front desk.
We understand that communication errors can occur, but in this case we took every reasonable step to prevent this from happening. It is disappointing that the information was apparently not communicated to the housekeeping team.
Given that we paid a substantial amount simply to have uninterrupted access to the room for a few additional hours, I believe this situation warrants both an explanation and appropriate compensation. I hope you will review your internal communication procedures so future guests do not experience similar disruptions.
