I had an excellent stay and can't say enough about the level of customer service I received. From the moment an unexpected issue came up with my room, the staff handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, and their willingness to find a solution truly exceeded my expectations.
Every employee I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and made me feel like a valued guest. It's rare to find a team that takes such pride in making things right, and it really made a lasting impression.
Thank you to the entire staff for turning what could have been a disappointing situation into such a positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.
